Rich sent this file a couple of days ago. I just listened to it and was very surprised.

My mood began glum as I listened to myself ignoring requests to be quiet. I am trying to put that behind me as it pollutes the purity of the truth I crave.

Often I will encounter an angry person and stand up to them. This is what I think happened here.

We must give thanks every day for the brilliant colours of xbox live. When you notice the beauty it quiets the call of death and sweet peace.
